A sovereignty audit of my backyard

I’ve been trying (not always successfully) to keep these missives short.

But there are some subjects I’d like to explore that require a lot more room. In that spirit, I’ve added a blog to my website where I can sprawl across a subject like a cat in a sunbeam.

The first one of these is a deep dive into the digital sovereignty of all 565 municipalities in Belgium (well, 564 – one of them, the tiniest in the country, doesn’t have a website).

I live here, so it seemed like the natural place to start: in my backyard.
